LKG ADMISSION NOTICE- 2021-2022

FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS LKG, KINDLY LOGIN TO OUR SCHOOL OFFICIAL WEBSITE www.stpatricksdehradun.in FROM 14th SEPT 2020 TILL 30th SEPT 2020.

The prospectus-cum-registration forms for admission to class LKG will ALSO be issued from Monday, 14th September 2020 till Wednesday, 30th September 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Academy, Clement Town.

Age: – 3 - 4 years as on 1st April 2021.

  • Submission of duly completed forms will be at the time of INTERACTION only.
  • INTERACTION details will be sent to the parents via SMS and will be uploaded on the School website.

FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION

  1. A photocopy of the original Municipal/Cantt. Board/Gram Panchayat Birth Certificate of the child. For Christians, a copy of the Baptismal Certificate to be attached (Certificate issued by Nursing Homes/Hospitals will NOT be accepted).
  2. A photocopy of the Aadhaar card of the child.
  3. Two recent passport size photographs of the child.
  4. One recent passport size photograph of the child with his/her parents.
  5. Certificate in original from a registered medical practitioner (Medical fitness certificate of the child).
  6. A photocopy of the immunization/vaccination card of the child.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED

 

  1. The Registration Form is not transferable.
  2. All incomplete and incorrectly filled in forms will be automatically rejected.
  3. The management reserves the right to admission.
  4. Money paid for the prospectus will not be refunded for any reason.
  5. Filling up of registration forms and submitting the same does not guarantee admission.
  6. Any use of pressure/influence/recommendation will not be entertained and will automatically disqualify your ward’s admission.
  7. There is no broker/mediator system in the school for Admissions.

Note: There is absolutely no difference at all between those who fill the form first or last. Therefore, there is no necessity to rush on the first day. Please satisfy yourself with the eligibility criteria before filling the registration form.
